Paul-D is a combination medicine that is offered in tablet form. Pantoprazole 40 mg + Domperidone 10 mg tablets treat stomach and esophagus disorders, including acid reflux. The tablets offer lasting relief and must be taken orally one hour before a meal without crushing, chewing, or breaking them. Also, the medication is generally well tolerated, so there may be some mild to moderate side effects such as stomach pain, dry mouth, dizziness, and headache.
